Refunds, Shipping and Warranty Policies
RETURNS and REFUNDS
If the product you purchased from JTopsUSA, LLC (“JTopsUSA,” “us” or “we”) is in new and undamaged condition, in the original packaging, you may return your purchase for a refund or exchange, within fourteen (14) days of your original purchase and receipt of the product. This includes any product offered by JTopsUSA.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is being made due to an error on JTopsUSA’s part. If you return your top within 14 days of receipt in original, unopened condition in the original packaging there will be no restocking fee. Items returned after 14 days in original, unused condition will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us ASAP, we really don't want too charge extra fees. A 40% restocking fee will be applicable to items that are returned in damaged, or unsaleable condition. Following the 45-day period, we cannot process any returns or exchanges for any reason.
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before shipping. To request your Return Merchandise Authorization Number, please contact us at email@example.com. To be considered for an RMA, please include your name, order number and the reason for your return. After you submit your request, a representative will review your request and contact you with further instructions within approximately two days. Please make sure your contact information is correct.
ADDITIONAL RETURN POLICIES
Except as otherwise provided herein:
Returned merchandise cannot be used or dirty and must be in a sellable condition in the original packaging.
Replacements are shipped upon receipt of your returned item. It is recommended that you retain any tracking number for your return shipment.
Items authorized for return must be returned with all original packaging, paperwork, and parts and must be returned within 10 business days of issuing the RMA.
All returns are subject to inspection prior to processing. JTopsUSA may refuse to refund your product if you do not meet the conditions set forth herein.
Refunds for unused items are for the item only. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping. In some cases, customers may be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item.
JTopsUSA will only accept returns on original orders. In the event that you receive an exchange or replacement, we will not accept this replacement for a refund or exchange for any additional items.
JTopsUSA is not responsible if delivery of an item is not received due to circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information is provided to you via email automatically once your order ships. Please contact the shipper indicated in your email with your tracking number to resolve any delivery issues.
You may be required to submit photographs of any return to help expedite a decision to issue a Return Authorization Number.
International orders are not eligible for return or exchange
ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED WITH A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BY JTopsUSA, LLC, IN ADVANCE. ANY RETURNS SUBMITTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ISSUED BY JTopsUSA, LLC WILL BE REFUSED.
On line orders may be canceled within the first 72 hours. Please contact us by email at or call 469-532-0808. Orders that require JeepTopsUSA to custom print your special artwork may ONLY be canceled prior to the actual printing process. Please call to confirm status.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours .
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for assistance.
JeepTopsUSA products are custom manufactured in our Abilene facility. Shipping times vary from 3 to 15 working days depending on Jeep model, product type, color and material selection. Custom orders requiring special printing add an additional 5 working days. All orders are processed and scheduled for production within 24-48 hours of reciept.
Our products are shipped using the following carriers: USPS / UPS . To return your product, you should contact us at for an RMA number and shipping details. For exchanges, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All JTops products come with a 5 year Fade Free warranty and a Never Fail manufacturing warranty. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable. Please have a copy of your original receipt, order confirmation email or order number when calling for warranty claims. Manufacturing warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. JTops will either repair or replace at its discretion. Customer is responsible for return shipping to JTops. Photographs may be required to expedite a warranty claim.
