RETURNS and REFUNDS

Thank you for your order. We appreciate your support and hope that you enjoy it!. However, If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it to us for a full refund. If the product you purchased from JTopsUSA, LLC is in new and undamaged, unopened condition, in the original packaging, you may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days after your original purchase and receipt of the product. This includes any product offered by JTopsUSA.

 

* Please understand we want to help but you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is being made due to an error on JTopsUSA’s part.  If you return your top within 14 days of receipt in original, unopened condition in the original packaging there will be no restocking fee.  

 

* Items returned during this 14 day period that have been opened but still in original, unused condition will be charged a $25 product reprocessing fee. Due to the rising cost of inspection, repackaging, and processing we unfortunately have to charge this fee. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid being charged additional fees. Following a 45-day period, we cannot process any returns or exchanges for any reason.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before shipping. To request your Return Merchandise Authorization Number, please contact us at support@coverking.com. To be considered for an RMA, please include your name, order number and the reason for your return. You will be required to submit photographs of any return to help expedite a decision to issue a Return Authorization Number. After you submit your request, a representative will review your request and contact you with further instructions within approximately two days. Please make sure your contact information is correct.

 ADDITIONAL RETURN MAY POLICIES

It's possible other policies may apply.

• Returned merchandise cannot be used, have been installed and must be in the original box.

• Once a product has been installed it is unable to be returned unless it is a manufacturing error.

• We do not offer color exchanges because we do not resell products once they have left our facility. Free color swatch samples are available and highly recommended to ensure the color you are ordering is the exact color you receive. 

• Changing your mind within the 14 to 45 day period is not a valid reason for return. There will be a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

• Replacements are shipped upon receipt of your returned item.  It is recommended that you retain any tracking number for your return shipment.

• Items authorized for return must be returned with all original packaging, paperwork, and parts and must be returned within 10 business days of issuing the RMA.

• All returns are subject to inspection prior to processing. JTopsUSA may refuse to refund your product if you do not meet the conditions set forth herein.

• Refunds for unused items are for the item only. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping. In some cases, customers may be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item.

• JTopsUSA will only accept returns on original orders.  In the event that you receive an exchange or replacement, we will not accept this replacement for a refund or exchange for any additional items.

• JTopsUSA is not responsible if delivery of an item is not received due to circumstances beyond our control.  Tracking information is provided to you via email automatically once your order ships.  Please contact the shipper indicated in your email with your tracking number to resolve any delivery issues.

• International orders are not eligible for return or exchange

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED WITH A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BY JTopsUSA, LLC, IN ADVANCE. ANY RETURNS SUBMITTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ISSUED BY JTopsUSA, LLC WILL BE REFUSED.

CANCELLATIONS

On line orders may be canceled within the first 72 hours. Please contact us by email at support@coverking.com or call 714-678-3152. Orders that require JeepTopsUSA to custom print your special artwork may ONLY be canceled prior to the actual printing process. Please call to confirm status. 

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours . 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We  replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@coverking.com for assistance.

SHIPPING

JeepTopsUSA products are custom manufactured in Anaheim, California anime facility. Shipping times can vary from 3 to 15 working days depending on Jeep model, product type, color and material selection. Custom orders requiring special printing add an additional 5 working days. All orders are processed and scheduled for production within 24-48 hours of reciept. 

 

Our products are shipped using the following carriers: USPS / UPS . To return your product, you should contact us at support@coverking.com for an RMA number and shipping details. For exchanges, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

WARRANTY​

All JTops sun shade products come with a 1 year mesh and structural manufacturing warranty. Boots, Tonneaus and Headliners come with a 1 year warranty. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable. Products must have been purchased directly from JTopsUSA. If purchased through a distributor they bear the responsibility of warranty. Please have a copy of your original receipt, order confirmation email or order number when calling for warranty claims. The product must have been purchased directly from JTopsUSA and be in our registered customer database. 

 

Manufacturing warranty covers defects in raw materials and workmanship. JTops does not cover damage caused by misuse, damage caused by improper installation/use or normal wear and tear. JTops will either repair or replace at its discretion. Warranty is limited to one claim after the first year. Customer is responsible for return shipping to JTops. Photographs are required to expedite a warranty claim.

These warranties do not apply to: (i) any other costs, including costs of removal, installation, and any other expenses arising out of replacing the product (ii) products which have been installed on non-catalogued applications; (iii) products that are new, unused or show signs of normal wear but not defective; (iv) products which have been misused, modified, altered, improperly applied or installed; (v) product damaged in an accident or by fire, weather, or any other force majeure event or hazard; (vi) product that has been transferred from the vehicle on which it was originally installed; (vii) products installed on vehicles that have been modified outside the specifications of the vehicle’s original equipment manufacturer, including but not limited to aftermarket modifications for any purposes. 

 

JTopsUSA will not accept any returns and is not responsible for any claims related to circumstances and products described in the preceding sentence. All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed if not stated herein. Any implied warranties you may have under state law are limited to the same duration and other terms as these warranties to the extent permissible.  These warranties have no cash value.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you use our Products or Website, you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number.

 

By giving us such information, you will need to consent by using it in the manner described in this policy.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at support@coverking.com. We will return or destroy your personal information within five days of receipt of your withdrawal of consent.
